Like many American retailers, SoccerOne is watching the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak very closely. The safety and well being of our customers and Team Members are always our highest priority, and we are – and have been – taking action to ensure we are protecting our facility, customers and team. As our first priority is to keep our stores safe and welcoming, SoccerOne is closely monitoring the impact of the virus and relying on the credible resources and guidance of public health agencies, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and other organizations. We continue to follow the most up-to-the-minute information, and have established internal communication processes to ensure Team Members across the country are informed and taking any necessary action.

The increase in order volume plus limited customer service representatives and work from home limitations has led to longer response times.
Online Order Days - Our Team Members and manufacturers (adidas, PUMA, etc.) are working as safely and quickly as possible to handle an increase in online orders, as well as support our communities and health care workers. That means online orders and customer service response times are taking longer than usual, and express shipping methods are temporarily unavailable.
Ship to Home Orders - Most orders are arriving in your home within 10 business days but it may take 6-7 business days to receive your ship confirmation email. Your order may arrive in separate shipments. Items shipping from our manufacturers (such as, but not limited to, are adidas, PUMA, Pevo, etc.) may require 10-14 business days for processing, plus delivery time.
